Hi all,
almost a week in Halifax/Darmouth now, so it's time for a new short post. Unfortunally not accompanied with any pictures, as this computer doesn't have an USB port. Anyway, the first week was very intens, meeting up with my wonderfull guest family, buying a bike and cycling the hills, teaching myself the way around and enjoying all sceenic views around here. Last but not least, the tempatures of the last week, the were around 28 to 30 degrees with an intens humidity, making it feel like 36 degrees and the best part of the story, more lovely wheather is forecasted for next week :) I'll go on the "Island Hopper Tour" of SaltyBears then, so that kind of wheather is more then welcome. So far I've explored most sites of Halifax, including the Maritime Museum, Citadel Hill, the North End, Downtown and the Dalhousie University Campus. Last Friday I took the bus towards Peggy's Cove, which is, inspite of all the tourists there, fabulously beautiful. Yesterday, I decided to be "lazy", so I went to the beach by bike, for a swim in the Atlantic, which wasn't as cold as expected. The current however was very strong, making it almost impossible to swim against it, with my "beautifull" swimming technique ;)
Next week I'll try to post a story including some pictures of the first week and ofcourse of the Island Hopper Tour, which will bring me to Cape Brenton and Prince Edward Island. You'll here from me soon,

Hoi Erik, heb je een mooie fiets kunnen kopen? Maak daar ook maar een foto van en wat bof je met het weer, wij zijn vaak anders gewend zoals je vast nog wel weet uit de tijd dat je met ons ging kamperen.
Veel plezier tijdens je Tour en we kijken nu al uit naar je verslag hiervan.

Hoi Erik,
Je hebt in korte tijd al veel gezien. Hier is het weer nu ook een beetje te.32 graden. Hij houdt vandaag noodweer, met veel regen, onweer.Dus dan koelt het weer snel af, hoop ik. Maar jij kunt er wel goed tegen he? Lekker als je dan een duik kunt nemen in de oceaan. Enjoy yourself. groetjes, van ons allemaal.
